More Ways To Give
A recurring gift of stocks, securities, or a monetary donation to support the programs provided by the Chapter.
Employer Workplace Giving
You can maximize the impact of your donation when you take advantage of employer matching gift programs or sign up for workplace giving. Ask your employer if they have an employee matching gift program.
Charitable lead trust
If your goal is to leave an inheritance to your children, but you would also like to make a significant charitable gift through your estate, a charitable lead trust may be the avenue to help you achieve both objectives and help support the AAP-CA3.
Make a revocable gift during your lifetime by naming the AAP-CA3 as Beneficiary of Assets in a living trust.
Charitable Remainder Trust
Consider creating a charitable trust that provides you with an annual income, and supports AAP-CA3 after your lifetime. In the right circumstances, this plan can increase your income, reduce your taxes, unlock appreciated investments, rid you of investment worries, and ultimately provide important support to AAP-CA3.
A charitable bequest is a distribution from your estate to a charitable organization through your last will and testament. There are different kinds of bequests. You can defer a gift during your lifetime by naming AAP-CA3 in your will. Your charitable bequest may be exempt from federal estate taxes. Every situation is unique; please check with your tax attorney.
Charitable Gift Annuity
By donating through a gift annuity, you enter into a contract in which you transfer assets to AAP-CA3 in exchange for payments for life to one or two annuitants. Charitable Gift Annuities are a great way to provide lifetime income for yourself or someone you love while also supporting AAP-CA3.
Life Insurance Gift
You can make a gift with little cost to you by giving a portion of your policy to the AAP-CA3. You can make AAP-CA3 a beneficiary. You can create a legacy that makes a difference for years to come. Contact your insurance broker to update your beneficiary form.
