MEGAN CALDWELL, MPH
is an Associate Project Director for Healthy Development Services. Megan has been with the American Academy of Pediatrics, CA Chapter 3 since 2006 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and a Master’s in Public Health. Megan has been on the School Health Leadership Committee for over 10 years and has worked with Reach Out and Read San Diego in several capacities including executing an MOC-QI project for physicians aimed at integrating standard development screening in the pediatric setting. Prior to joining AAP-CA3, Megan worked with the SDSU Research Foundation on TAAG the national, multi-center, group-randomized trial aimed at increasing physical activity in adolescent girls.  Megan excels at program implementation, and enjoys bringing capacity building opportunities to the community. Megan is passionate about the healthy development and well-being of children and their families.
