KIRSTIE PFEIFER

Kirstie Pfeifer is the HR & Operations Manager for the American Academy of Pediatrics, CA Chapter 3.  She manages staff and member operations for the chapter, as well as supporting various healthy kids initiatives for the agency. Kirstie also works on internal and external communications for the Chapter.

She brings a broad background to the chapter, with experience supporting an elementary school office, experience as a corporate Senior Public Relations Specialist for a major electronics brand, as a Human Resources Operations Specialist in higher education, and a Program Manager for a non-profit assisting San Diego’s military families.  Her drive to strengthen children and families remains constant throughout her career and volunteer work, making the AAP-CA3 a great fit.  Kirstie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Minor in Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  She is a SHRM-CP certified human resources professional.
