The Heat and Human Health Summit is right around the corner! We are so excited to see you this upcoming Saturday. Here is essential information that you need to know for the event.
Date: Saturday, August 12th, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Opening remarks will begin promptly at 9:30 AM)
Location: UC San Diego Medical Education and Telemedicine Building (parking information located below)
Event Program
Our summit is featuring multiple breakout sessions with amazing guest speakers. You will be able to pick and choose what breakout session you would like to attend throughout the summit. We have provided the program in this link below. Feel free to browse through it and plan your day accordingly.

***Light breakfast and refreshments will be served in the morning supported by Emily Sbiroli MD, American College of Physicians, and the American Academy of Pediatrics - CA Chapter 3. Lunch will be provided by Kaiser Permanente, San Diego.
Parking
If you are driving yourself to campus, we recommend that you park at Osler Parking Structure (also known as "South Parking Structure") located on the UC San Diego medical school campus as this is the closest parking to our summit.

UC San Diego parking rate for Visitors is $2.10 per hour, with a maximum of $8.40 on weekends. You can pay this fee at the pay stations or using the ParkMobile app (Zone 4752). For both payment processes, they will ask you for your car license plate number. Purchasing a Visitor’s parking permit will allow you to park in any non-reserved A, B, S, D, or V spot for Saturday. After you have parked, exit the north side of the parking structure. Turn right to walk eastward alongside Biomedical Sciences Way until you reach the Medical Education and Telemedicine Building. There will be staff members to check you in. Please refer to the image below for walking instructions.
We do not need you to print your Eventbrite ticket. Our staff members will be checking you in with your first and last name.
